There are different approachs for the offender with the aged below 18 or 10 in Hong Kong.
According to the Law of Hong Kong.
The offender of aged below ten is incapable of creating crime intention from the court prospective, so cannot be charged in any case.
For the offender who is aged of 16 or below, they will be put to the junventile court, the aprroach sentence will be recorrection of behavior and verbal warning from the rank of Superintendent of Police, not in prison, the spirit of Law is to give change for the teenager to recorrect their behavior.
I agree with the different approachs for the offender for teenager and adult, since the understanding of the social norm should be understood by the adult than teenager, people can determine the white or black once they have enough ability of understanding the things in world.
Thank you

According to the law of Hong Kong, offenders below the age of 18 are approached differently than offenders below the age of 10.
An offender below the age of ten is incapable of committing a premeditated crime from the court's prospective, so he or she cannot be charged in any case.
For an offender at or below the age of 16 (do you mean 18?), he or she will be tried in the juvenile court. Under this approach, his or her sentence will consist of a re-correction of behavior (?) and a verbal warning from the rank of Superintendent of Police, not prison, as the spirit of law is to give an opportunity for the teenager to correct their behavior.
I agree with these differing approaches for adult and teen offenders, since the social norm should be understood by the adult more so than teenager. Citizens can determine "black and white" once they have enough understanding of the world.
Thank you
I do not know what a "Re-Correction of Behavior" is. This likely has a different name in English. Legal terms vary significantly across the English-speaking world and I am certain Hong Kong is no exception. <br/> Overall, I recommend studying English syntax, prepositions and the irregular plurals like "-es".
