They're both fine, but use the first one for speaking or informal writing only.

Hello Alina, good question. 👌I agree with the previous comments, but I would add that maybe the first “No need to “ is imperative, that is, you are instructing someone or giving advice. Other examples could be: “ No need to take your shoes off in my house”. “ No need to pay me back”. “ No need to wash up after dinner, I have a dishwasher”. Hope that helps to clarify…Keep up the good work! 🤓👋
