How to sound like a true Italian? Just say "BOH!" 🤷🏻‍♀️🇮🇹
Learning grammar is great, but if you really want to sound like a native speaker, you need to know our everyday expressions! One of the most common (and funny) words we use in Italy is "Boh".
What does it mean? It simply means: "I don't know!" or "I have no idea!"
Here is a quick example:
đź—Ł Friend: "A che ora arriva il treno?" (What time does the train arrive?)
🤌 You: "Boh!" (No idea!)
It's short, effective, and very informal. You can use it with friends to sound instantly more fluent.
