Let me ask them this: Could you ever be possessive of someone you don't love, like a total stranger? The answer is a big fat no. We only feel possessive over our loved ones—the ones we care about the most and expect the same treatment from. So, being possessive is just a natural result of attachment, expectation, and caring for our loved ones, and there's nothing wrong with that.

Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural enough? Yes nothing wrong with that short paragraph. Any corrections will only be the correctors rewriting it in their preferred manner style and using the preferred favourite/favorite words phrases and structures. You should find your own voice in your new language and refine it over time. As for what is natural that is a subjunctive question. There are no unusual or strange uses of any colloquial language in your paragraph. Keep up the good work.

To such people, let me pose this question: Could you ever feel possessive over someone you didn't love, like a total stranger? The answer is a big fat no. We only feel possessive over the ones we love—the ones we care about the most and from whom we expect the same treatment. So, our possessive feelings result naturally from the attachments, expectations, and care we experience with our loved ones, and there's nothing wrong with that.
