Please tell me what is the difference between ''shop'' and ''store''.

In America and in Canada, "store" means "shop." They are the same thing. "Shop" sounds a bit more old-timey and quaint.
In British English, a store is a large shop.
However, the word "store" has other meanings; I would recommend checking a good dictionary.
