1 and 3 are correct, though 3 is rather informal.

That one is wrong, unless you want to use slang.

1 and 3 are correct. The usage of the present continuous in number 3 makes it sound natural and appropriate for an informal conversation. “I look forward to seeing you” would also be correct but sound more businesslike and less friendly.
