값 = price, value. This is very broadly used word ranging from price of an item (ëŹŒê±Žê°’) to a more abstract meaning like value (값나가닀 = is valuable). 가êČ© = a (fixed) price of an item. This is the most common word for "price" in commerce. (ëŹŒê±Ž 가êČš = price of an item, 할읞 가êČ© (or 할읞된 가êČ© = discounted price). ëč„ìš© = cost, expense. This usually means the expenses required to do something, like traveling to a place, setting up a business, etc. (ì—Źí–‰ ëč„ìš© = travel expenses, ì‚Źì—… ëč„ìš© = cost of business). 값 and 가êČ© have fair amount of overlap in usage, whereas ëč„ìš© doesn't.
