How do you understand "quick parts"?
The whole sentence are:
"Mr. Bennet was so odd a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice, that the experience of three and twenty years had been insufficient to make his wife understand his character."
"Quick parts" reminds me of "quick-witted", "the experience of three and twenty years" would be "twenty-three year's experience"?
Not sure if I really understood this sentence.

I pretty much live for old books and I couldn't give you an actual definition for 'quick parts'. You can search for specific phrases in some dictionaries/databases, but that one is definitely long gone from common parlance. I'd say you've got the sense of it.
Twenty-three - yep.
Great book.

I agree with Matthew - this is not a normal in modern English. You just sort of guess what it means from the context.
