Arguing is a science of exchanging ideas and arguments and proves to reach the turth, on the other hand, fighting can be done physically or vocabulary, but its usually barbaric and informal

Arguing is a specific type of fighting — with words and usually shouting.
Fighting can be with fists, words, weapons etc.
