Please correct me: 1. I think she was nervous in the interview. The way you interviewed people was quite different, you didn’t ask any of those questions other interviewer would ask. I believe she did prepare her answers , but she didn’t have a chance to say those prepared answers. The way you asked questions totally upset her mind and thoughts. 2. She looks like a simple-minded person to me. She is easy going and is able to get along well with team. She will be a stable worker in the recent two years. Of course we want our staff to have potions to grow, but the priority is to have people steadily work here as a receptionist .
