Roads in the cities are always under construction. Take the road outside my compound as an example, since I moved in in 2011, it has been mended for over 10 times. I don't understand why it always need repair. Can't they build it more durable? A new repair is going on today. And a green wall is erected up to protect the trees and plants from the construction site. I don't know what the green wall is made of. Plastic maybe. I hope it could be re-used; after all, the road will be broken several months after.

I don't understand why it always needs to be repaired. Can't they build it to be more durable? It's getting fixed again today and a green wall is erected up to protect the trees and plants from the construction site. I don't know what the green wall is made of, plastic maybe. I hope it could be re-used; after all, the road will (probably) be broken again in a few month.
