Direct translation is: We were born in Ergenekon, while Börteçine was howling.
Ergenekon is the homeland of Turks in Turkic myths, which was surrounded with mountains made of iron, and Börteçine is the blue wolf who guided Turks out of Ergenekon. Börteçine is also used as a female name, very very rarely tho.

It is referring to a Turkish Legend: Ergenekon. This legend explains how Turkish race was born and then spread. Ergenekon is the name of the place. Börteçine is the name of the wolf, who guided Turkish people. Actually there are two of them, one male (Börteçine) and one female (Asena)
