'Bravissimo' is an interjection which means 'well done!' Excellent' The English only really use it when applauding a theatrical or musical performance and they usually shorten it to 'bravo'. Which is the Italian word for good, fine, clever.

bravissim =o very bravo
It comes from musical script:
p=piano - pp=pianissimo
f=forte - ff=fortissimo
It's not really a word. It was made up to give the whole thing an Italian flavour.
