do you mean something makes you uncomfortable because of for example the way it looks? if yes, then there is unfortunately no 100% correct translation. but usually I would say " something 让人不舒服" -- 他的声音让人听起来不舒服. but -- 这个房子让人毛骨悚然. it depends on the context.....

毛骨悚然 ,成语。 惊悚,一般用来形容物, 非人, 电影, 目前在网络广泛使用 吓人 冒凉气, 头皮发麻, 口语 瘆人, 瘆的慌。这个可能是我那地方的方言。

雞皮疙瘩 is casual while 毛骨悚然 is suit for any level (both casual and formal) so: 1) 這間鬼屋真令人毛骨悚然。 2)他說話時猶如僵尸一般,其口音真可令人毛骨悚然。
