'If you wanna see some rough numbers, I can get them to you by Wednesday.' 'If you wanna see some rough numbers, I can get them to you by Wednesday.' This is a sentence that a person talked to his supervisor. Here,I want to ask a question about the word 'by'.Does the word 'by' here equal 'on',which means that 'I get them to you on Wednesday,or before Wednesday,or what'?
