How to pronounce the word “Quérote”?
So in Gaeilge it mean "I love you"?
And how to read it?

Are you sure, that you learn the right language?
Gaelic (Irish) does not have such a word - at least I can't find it in my dictionary.
(I even think, that the letter "Q" does not exist in Gaelic)
Google tells me that the word “Quérote” is Galician (Galego) - Maybe you mixed that up. ;-)
In Irish "I love you" (I am in love with you) means: "Tá mé i ngrá leat"
;-) Fáilte romhat!

Other ways of saying "I love you" are "Tá grá agam duit" (singular) or "Tá grá agam díobh" (plural). Both phrases literally mean "I have love for you".
