Pretty = attractive. and refers to women
Beautiful is more meaningful than pretty. It means gorgeous and refers to women.
Handsome means good-looking and both are used mostly to describe guys.
Nice can mean kind as well as pretty.
You can look all of this up in a dictionary.

In my opinion, "handsome" and "good-looking" are more used for guys.
"Beautiful" can be used as a compliment for ladies, scenery, good works, clothing, etc.
"Pretty" can be used mostly for ladies, clothing, or certain pleasant things.
For the word, "nice", it depends on how it is used.
You can say "She looks nice" which means she looks pretty or beautiful.
If you say "She is nice", that means she is a good and kind person.
