Can I say "I couldn't be more sure / surer about that. He killed the girl."?

I would personally say, "I couldn't be more certain about that. He killed the girl."
Personal suggestion: change sure/surer to certain

This ain't wrong...but I prefer"certain",too...well...if you have another way to paraphrase the"sure/surer"then why don't ya use it?
