"At somebody" ? If I want to say that for example I'm spending my holiday in my grandma's house, then is the sentence "I'm at my grandma" correct? If not, what word could replace "at" ?

"at" is correct, but don't forget to add "house" at the end. "I'm at my grandma's house."

You would say "I'm at my grandma's (place/home)"
