I know " I have a sore throat." Can we say I have a throat ache."

"I have a throat ache" is one of those phrases that is logical, but simply not used.
Headache, toothache and even (figuratively) heartache is used, but for any other part of the body, if you heard "ache" at all it would be in the form:
"My ..... aches."
"I have a sore throat" would almost always be used.
