dar=to give,pasar=to pass,entregar= to deliver.
dar is used for anything you can give, from a gift to a kiss or a beating.
pasar is used when something pass from someone or something to another someone or something, like a ball in a basketball game.
entregar is to deliver something , like the homework to the teacher etc.
Te doy el balon= I give you this ball
Te paso el balon=I pass you this ball ( it can be from the bag to your hands, or in the game etc.But I'm not giving it to you just passing for you to check it out or play etc.)
Te entrego el balon=I deliver this ball to you(mostly entregar is something you HAVE to do,something from you to the other person as a very important posession, like a crown etc.or simply a synonymous of dar)
