tuck someone up in bed
When you make the bed, you tuck in the sheets and blankets = put the ends of the sheets and blankets under the mattress.
It's a common expression to say that mothers tuck their kids up in bed. The suggestion here is the this guy is a bit of a baby.

It means he will be in bed watching T.V, rarely it can mean he will just be comfortable and warm at home watching T.V.
