"I've been shot." and "I've been shot at." What's the difference between them?

"I've been shot" means you got hit with a bullet. "I've been shot at" means they tried to hit you, but missed.

我想你一定是在考虑 present perfect怎么使用,因为你一定认为shot 是shoot 的past participle ,这里面一定有被动语气。恰恰相反,你只看到了问题的一个方面,而另外一个方面就是你提出问题的答案,我分析I've been shot at.的后面一定是省略了点东西,造成你的理解上得偏差,shot 可以作为adjective,be shot at 这是一种不正式场合使用的东西,be shot at== attempt to achieve sth
