1. The second one is right. In Chinese,我不能嫁给你(wo bu neng jia gei ni).If you are a girl, when you want to reject one's proposal, you can say"wo bu neng jia gei ni ". If you are a boy, you can say "wo bu neng he ni jie hun(我不能和你结婚)",girls can say this word too. 2."marry me", in Chinese, it means"jia gei wo ba(嫁给我吧)"or“he wo jie hun ba(和我结婚吧)” If you are a boy, you can say like this. but if you are a girl, you should say:"he wo jie hun ba(和我结婚吧) or "qu wo ba(娶我吧)" My English not very well, but I try my best to help you。If this answer can help you,i will very happy!
