Which sentence do you think is correct?
Nowhere else in the world 'can you find' more attractive scenery than in Dubai.
Nowhere else in the world 'has been found' more attractive scenery than in Dubai.
According to English grammar rule, if a negative adverb is placed at the beginning of a sentence, inversion takes place. So the first sentence is correct.
The sencond sentence is wrong because nowhere is an adverb, which can't function as the subject of the sentence. Do you think so? Thank you!

sanya,
Uh, No, I don't think so.
The second sentence is also correct. It is in passive mood.
Nowhere else in the world 'has been found' more attractive scenery than in Dubai. (by anyone)
The passive subject of the sentence is "scenery". Inversion has also taken place in this sentence.
-----
In active mood the sentence would read like this: Nowhere else in the world has anyone found more attractive scenery than in Dubai.

I'm afraid not. #2 is perfectly correct.
Nowhere else in the world 'has (there) been found' more attractive scenery than in Dubai.
The "there" has been left out. You can do that in these kinds of sentences.

The first sentence is fine.
The 2nd sentence would be better written as:
"Nowhere else in the world has more attractive scenery been found than in Dubai."
(Of course, only those who don't know any better would think that Dubai's scenery is superlatively attractive.)

The first sentence is certainly the correct one/

Yeah. First one is right.
Because has been found is used in passive voice. As this sentence is not passive voice, it is not correct to use has been found.
