It is correct. More likely, however would be: "That had better not be repeated again." (This implies consequences if it is) "I trust that there won't be a repeat of this." (The consequences are not directly stated, but subtly implied. Most direct - "Do that again and you're dead meat." Not eloquent, but effective.
