敌意, 恶意 are nous; 敌对, 对抗 and 反对 are verb. i think it should be 为什么你总跟我过不去 or 为什么你总跟我作对. here it is similar with opposite. it can also be 为什么你总对我不怀好意. here it is to expect to hurt someone.
