Sleep paralysis in Korean is apparently referred to as "being pressed down by a ghost." How would you phrase the reverse happening - how would one say "being carried by a ghost"? Or something similar to the concept of movement while someone is asleep, such as "sleep walking."

Being carried by a ghost... 빙의되다, 귀신에 씌이다(or 홀리다), 뭐에 씌이다(or 홀리다) come to mind. 

뭐에 씌이다 fits in the context. 
저 사람은 자다가 뭐에 씌인 것처럼 일어나서 걸어다녀요. That person stands up and walks around in sleep, as if something took over his/her body. 

If you wonder what the difference is between 귀신에 씌이다 and 뭐에 씌이다, it's that we avoid saying some bad or sinister word(귀신 in this case) by replacing it with "뭐"(meaning "what" or "something")
