This is telling you not to be satisfied with anything less than what you think you deserve. Basically it's intended as an uplifting phrase of encouragement, encouraging you to do your best, and to see to it that you reap the rewards of the effort that you put into whatever it is that you're doing/pursuing.

It simply means that whatever you do deserve, you shouldn't accept less than that. For example: If you do some work for someone, and you deserve so much money, then don't settle for less then the amount that you deserve.
