"I wasn't sure if you'd come." and "I wasn't sure if you were coming." same or any difference?

There is a (very) slight difference. "I wasn't sure you'd come" implies that I wasn't sure you actually wanted to come. "I wasn't sure if you were coming." implies that there might have been some other reason you wouldn't have come - it doesn't suggest as strongly that you might not be coming because you didn't want to. The difference is subtle and the meanings overlap a great deal.
