Is there anything different between Cockney and BBC pronunciation?
I want to know the difference between them and also what the received pronunciation is. Which is the Klaus(Joseph Morgan)in Vampire Diary pronounces?
Also I’d like to know is there anyone knowing cockney can talk to me by Skype or QQ since I will go to London in 3 months. I can teach you Chinese if you wished.

There are HUGE differences in pronunciation. HUGE.
Just stick with standard English and you'll be fine. At your intermediate level, Cockney English will be a bit over your head, I'm afraid.
What you hear on BBC news broadcasts is RP (Received Pronunciation).

BBC English is basically RP. This is what you should stick to when learning English.
Don't attempt to learn Cockney! It's much too hard and it will not help your English learning at all.
