"house" refers to a physical structure while "home" refers to the emotional place that is created inside a house with your family

Your HOUSE is the place where you live. It could mean an apartment or separate building. Your HOME and also mean house. Especially when you use set phrases like 'I'm going home'. OR - HOME can mean mean the place where you belong. "I work in China, but England is home for me"

Home is the place where you always live. House is a building. For example: China is my home. This building is my house. At home - to be at your own place where you live
