NO difference, i repeat NO difference whatsoever. Use whichever is your favourite. :)

They mean exactly the same.
But, just to be confusing, 'I like writing' could mean you like other people's writing.

Honestly they're both saying the same thing and can be used the same way:
a) I love writing !
b) I love writing horror and romantic stories.
c) I love to write !
d) I love to write horror and romantic stories.

"I love writing" is a little bit more casual and natural.
"I love to write" sounds a little more thought-out.
But there is no real difference.

I love writing = أحب الكتابة
I love to write = أحب أن أكتب
