내가 필요해 (naega pilyohae) based on your description i think it is "you need me / i need you" sometimes i need it. because 내가 (i) 필요해 (need), so literally translate in English as "i need"
넌 내가 필요해 (neon naega pilyohae) you need me
난 니가 필요해 (nan niga pilyohae) i need you
in romanization :
naega = I
niga = you
