"wrapped" is the past tense of wrap; I wrapped your christmas presents and then you unwrapped them.
Wrap = to fold something around something else -as in paper around a christmas present.
Wrap up = "let's finish what we are doing now."
"Come on everyone, let's leave italki, it's late, let's wrap it up and come back tomorrow".

You can wrap a present in colorful paper. This also means to wrap up a present. Both mean the same thing.
Past tense is wrapped the present. She wrapped the gift in beautiful paper and tied a ribbon around it. She did a good job and it looked great.
