Is this sentense correct?I asked her to give me a hand but she's being a bit bolshy about it.
which word should I use to replace bolshy?which means that she doesn't want to help

It's perfectly correct, grammatically.
But how can you be bolshy about giving someone a hand? She must be acting bolshy for another reason.

It's perfect.
She's being bolshy/narky/pissy (vulgar)/objectionable/reticent/argumentative about it- because she doesn't want to give you a hand/help you.
