Why instead of saying- Neiçin bilmiyorsun?can't i say in turkish -Neiçin bilmiyourmusun?

Correction: Niçin
When using a "question word" in your sentence, you don't need the question suffix (-mısın/-misin/-musun/-müsün), using the both in the same sentence is totally incorrect.
Ne yapıyorsun? (What are you doing?)
Partiye neden gitmedin? (Why didn't you go to the party?)
Niçin bilmiyorsun? (Why don't you know?)
Ödevini yapıyor musun? (Are you doing your homework?)
Partiye gitmedin mi? (Didn't you go to the party?)
Bilmiyor musun? (Don't you know?)

In Turkish, you don't use "Ne icin". You say 'Nicin', instead.
Nicin bilmiyorsun? = Why don't you know?
Nicin bilmiyormusun? = Don't you know why?
