Hi, I like to know the meaning of " off the beaten path."
in the text below:
I like to go to places where other people don't go - off the beaten path.'
Does it mean " I like to do something different." or may be it mean" I like to act differently?"
Thank you all friends here.

"off the beaten path" = not known by many people, or not popular with many people.
So in
"I like to go to places where other people don't go - off the beaten path."
The above sentence actually provides the basic definition of the phrase. :)
I like to go to places that are not well know by other people or are not popular with other people.
a "beaten path" would be a phrase meaning "a well-worn path" or "a path that is used by many people." So, off the beaten path is a path that is not taken by many people.

It just means secluded, remote, not well known.

"I like to do something different" and "I like to act differently" means about the same isn't it?
You understood that right. You can also say "Where everybody turns left, I like to turn right."
