What does "Tengo mas hambre que el perro del tio alegrias!" mean? Is it a Spanish phrase?

It's in Spanish... literally it's "I'm hungrier than Uncle Alegria's dog..." but what matters isn't the translation. I've only heard "Tengo más hambre que el perro de un ciego" OR "Tengo más hambre que los pavos del tio Manolo" which both mean "I'm very hungry" You might have mixed the two :D
