Go home = Vai a casa ( singular), Andate a casa (plural)
Ramesh, go home! = 1)Ramesh, vai a casa! 2) Ramesh, a casa!

Just like this: "Go home!" = Vai a casa! (singular) or Andate a casa (plural) ... if this is used at the stadium or in a demonstration to ask for the resignation of somebody Italians would simply say "a casa"

context is badly needed here;
I go home: io vado a casa
to go: andare, it is a highly irregular verb
