What is the difference between 는다 and 있다 ( neunda and issda) ???
Because I saw two sentences wherein the thought is the same but the senetence ending was 는다 and 있다.
먹는다
먹있다PS: I misspelled the word SENTENCE... Sorry.... ^^a

는다:
this is used to express the present tense or what is common practice.
있다:
1• to be (in a place); to exist
Ex: 뉴욕은 미국에 있다.
nyuyog-eun migug-e itda.
New York is in the United States.
물속에 물고기가 있다.
. There are fish in the water.
2• To be (in a state)
Ex: 서 있다
Seo itda
to be standing
Ex: 울고 있다
Ulgo itda
to be crying
Ex: 모여 있다
Meoyo itda
to be gathered
3• To have
Ex: 그녀는 남자 친구가 있다.
geunyeo -neun namja chingu-ga itda.
She has a boyfriend.
