"A certified copy" VS " A certified true copy"
"A certified copy" and " A certified true copy" are different things?
Any one can explain the difference?

A certified copy of a document can be made by anyone. It just means that another person has seen the document and has signed that the copy is the same thing,
A certified true copy is usually made by someone from the organization that made the original document. Certified true copies are sometimes laminated in plastic to ensure that they cannot be altered.
