Jennifer: Now Rob, you’re a man of taste – what would you usually wear to the office?
Rob: Well I think it’s important to look smart, but in my job I can be casual, so perhaps a nice shirt and some jeans or casual trousers?

A man of taste : the ability to judge what is suitable in behaviour, dress etc or what is fine and beautiful.

"To have taste" is to have a sense of style and fashion. "A man of taste" is a man who has a sense of such things.

A man of taste = A man with good fashion sensibility or style (品位).
