il significato di "perche' no"?
I used to say "perche' no". But a few days ago, one of my friend(he is from England) said to me. They do not use "perche' no". "perche' no" has a meaning that the meaning is from "no" and "yes"
But in Chinese, we use "perche' no" to stand for "YES" (more power than YES).
---Will you go to my home this afternoon?
---- Why not ? (We use this to stand for "Yes, I will go")
What is your explation?

In Italian it's just a way to say which means "yes": "verrai a casa mia stasera?" - "Perché no?"
So, in Italian and in Chinese this is used with the same purpose when followed by a question mark.
But pay attention. If you ask to me "Perché NON vuoi venire a casa mia?" I can answer "perché no!" but in this case I used this phrase to confirm a negative answer without giving further explanations... :)

You are right. "Perche' no" in Italian has the same meaning of ”为什么不呢“ in Chinese and "why not" in English. It's used in the same way.
"Perche' no" = Si, non c'e' motivo per cui non debba tornare a casa questo pomeriggio. There is no reason I shouldn't come back home this afternoon.
