You should write the same phrase.

「いつもお世話になっております。」

or

「いつも大変お世話になっております。」

返答も同じく「いつもお世話になっております」とか「いつも大変お世話になっております」「いつもお世話になり(まして)ありがとうございます」とか「日頃より大変お世話になりありがとうございます」などではいかがでしょうか。「こちらこそ」を最初に付け足してもいいかも。最後は。。。Best regards=「敬具」なのですが、ビジネスの手紙やメールではあまり使わないように思います。
