Do the sentence 1, the sentence 2 mean the same thing as the 3, the 4 respectively?
1.It's not me but Tim who messed everything up.
2.It's not that I like you but that I don't like the work.
3..It is Tim, but not me, who messed everything up.
4.It's I don't like the work, but not that I like you.

OR
It's Tim who messed everything up, not me. (You would hear this most often.)
4.It's just that I don't like the work. It doesn't have anything to do with not liking you.
