Both are correct depending on what you mean,
I am bored- I feel bored, something is boring so it is making me bored.
I am boring-I am uninteresting, I make other people feel bored.
Btw- there is no saying 'my boring' it does not make sense alone like that, you would need to add something like, my boring dog just slept all day even though I wanted to play with him.
Maybe you got it confused with the phrase 'my bad'

Supplement to my previous answer :
Someone told me, but NOT always true : -ed ending applies to a person, -ing ending applies to something because :
1. He is bored. (He himself feels bored because something/somebody has made him have this feeling.)
2. He is a boring person. (He is dull and makes other people have this feeling.)

As a learner of English, I will remember this way:
ed ending : I have this feeling myself eg I am excited.
ing ending : Something that makes me/people have this feeling. eg The match is exciting.
Hope it can help you to some extent. Happy learning.
