A cat's house is called a cat house, but so is a brothel so be careful.
I actually don't know too many people that have cat houses for their pet cats.

Both are correct, depending on the context.
"Cat house" would mean it is a house for a cat, any cat.
"Cat's house" means that the cat owns the house; it is for one cat only.
