the contex was exactly about a discussion between the emplyer and the employee so he had to admit that his report was not correct ... touché but his boss took it bad this and she fired him.... opops
tricki word isnt it? did she take it like whatever?

It's an expression from fencing - if your oppontent hits you with his/her foil, that is "touché" (touched).
In a lively discussion, it is said to admit that the other person's point was very accurate, ie. it damaged your argument.

actually that's a french word a (verb) and means " to Touch", but I learn from movies or series that is used to give credit to a rival, like to admit your defeat and admit that the other person won.
to admit that an opponent in an argument has made a good point
