I am a Japanese man. I think Japanese women usually not shave their underhair. But they usually shave or remove their armpit hair in summer. It is same in chinese women. Some of european women also do the same. People who don't treat their underhair think they have no oppotunity to show it for somebody or natural condition is the best.
